Details of old name and new name:
Initially the Company was incorporated (Date of incorporation: 09th October, 1991) with name Pokarna Granites Limited.
With effect from 31st August, 2002 Company altered its objects so as to include objects relating to garments manufacturing, in its main object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
Therefore With effect from 06th September, 2002, the name of the Company was changed from Pokarna Granites Limited to Pokarna Limited to better effect the diverse business interest of the Company.
